The house is situated in the Giant Mountains, on the edge of the village Borovnice, ca 7 km east of the town Nova Paka. Country house stands on a very quiet and sunny place and from the house is really beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and forests. On a clear weather you can see the peaks of the Giant Mountains. The spacious garden (nearly 5.000 m2) guarantees absolute quiet and privacy. The whole area is ideal for walking or cycling and discovering of the fantastic beautiful mountainous landscape. In the vicinity there are found also many sports and cultural facilities and historic sightseeings - such as the castle Pecka only 1,5 km, castle and town Jilemnice 14 km, castle Kumburk 14 km, wonderful zoo-safari in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 18 km and the unique protected landscape area "Cesky raj“ (Bohemian Paradise) with sandstone rocks and rock formations 28 km.
